Shipping & Delivery
Hafeezpk.com, reserves the right to use Pakistan Post, DHL, FedEx, TCS and any other services to ship based on delivery times and rates to various areas of the Pakistan and Globally. We offer competitive shipping rates. You can view shipping rates by simply going through the checkout process. Rates are determined by your location and weight of package.

We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation Email/Call from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to quickly dispatch your order. Most items are obtained from our warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. However, items that are sourced from external locations are subject to availability with the supplier.

The projected delivery time for all domestic orders and International. Karachi 1-5 business days Domestic out of Karachi 2-7 business days International 10-15 business days

Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment and if you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, kindly track your shipments with the tracking number provided or Email/call our Customer Service for speedy resolution.

Returns & Replacements
we will be refunded in full, if the items not Deliver.
Late placement of order & Late Approval of the Credit are not included in refund.
Invalid Address / Tel No. , Strikes / Other Casualties also not included in refund
For delivery of goods through courier, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items twice. Incase the delivery is not executed during all the two attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, Invalid Address / Tel No etc. not included in refund .

Hafeezpk believes in making your return experience fast and simple! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for an exchange only any parts. All returns for exchange are subjected to a 25% restocking and handling fee. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to Hafeezpk.

If we sent you an incorrect (not the product you ordered) you contact us within 20 days of receiving your order, we will replace the product and process your return at no charge. Must be reported within 48 hours to avoid return shipping fees.

If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Hafeezpk reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.

> We only accept replace on items that are in new and resalable condition and within 20 days for (international Buyers) and 3 days for (Domestic  Buyers) of the original purchase.

Email us at info@hafeepk.com within 20 days (international Buyer) and 3 days for (Domestic  Buyers) of receiving your order with the following information:

> Order #
> Reason For Return

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to process your return. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition.

When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use DHL, TCS or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of a Hafeezpk employee will suffice as proof of delivery. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment.
Hafeezpk is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong parts.
Unfortunately, there is a strict no-refund policy only replace at Hafeezpk.com.


If you return a product without following the return procedure steps, it will take up to 3 weeks to be processed and we may charge you a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.


Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a Courier facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.

International shipments do not ship until all items are available.
What are your shipping rates in the Pakistan and International?
To get a shipping quote, add the products you are interested in to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. On the shopping cart page, you can use the Shipping estimator by selecting your country from the drop down list.

All international Orders are shipped via Local Post (Pakistan Post) or Private Postal Services (DHL, FedEx, TCS, TNT, OCS, SKY Net, etc.)   With a projected delivery time of 10-15 business days and standard shipping rates apply. For a more precise estimate of delivery charges, kindly use the shipping cost calculator on the Product Page.
All courier services and shipping fees are set up by suppliers. Suppliers can choose from two express shipping options: Local Postal Service & Private Courier Service. Shipping fees are automatically calculated on the basis of weight, size and volume.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diner Club International, Debit Card, PayPal, Easy Paisa, Money Gram, and Western Union. Online bank transfer Bank Alhabib, UBL Bank, NIB Bank, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank we are not responsible for any overdraft feeds incurred by the cardholder.

2 - Click the "Create an Account" button below the New Customers field.
3 - After you are finished filling in the fields, we will send you a verification email to the email address you used to create the account. Click on the link in that email to complete your online account registration.


Follow the steps below to check your order status:
1 - Click on the "Log In" button at the upper right hand corner of the website and log into your account.
2 - Click the "Order History" button.
3 - Your entire order history will be listed on this page.


The Hafeezpk web store has Real Time Inventory meaning that the actual availability of each product is listed in the product page.


All requests to change or cancel an order should be made over the phone with one of our representatives. Requests sent via email may not be received in time, and your order may ship. Please double check that your order is correct before clicking submit order.
An order that has already received tracking cannot be canceled.


An order confirmation email gets sent within 10 minutes of when your order is placed. All orders placed before 4pm (PKT) will ship same day. Any order placed after 4pm (PKT) will get shipped the next day.
Viewing Orders
Hafeezpk sends an email with the tracking number for every order that is placed with a valid email address. If you have not provided an email address, you can simply call us at +92-21-34926698 with your order number for tracking information. Tracking information is also available by logging into your account on Hafeezpk.com
